Leveraging her extensive expertise in weddings and large events she has transitioned her skills to be the lead in operations as The Director of food and BEVERAGE at Bonfire Coffeehouse.
inspired by the essence of the Hamptons, Debbie’s menu at Bonfire Coffeehouse reflects her profound passion for foood and presentation. She embraces a simple, clean approach, using homemade and locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible to create dishes that capture the essence of the region.
In the quaint village of Amagansett, where her italian grandparents settled, Debbie’s culinary journey began. It was here that she was first exposed to the flavors and traditions of Italian cooking, igniting her life long passion for food. Debbie brings togethe her heritage and expertise to create a menu that celebrates both the Hamptons and her Italian roots.
Debbie’s professional culinary journey began in the late 80’s and 90’s, working at the Concord and Raleigh Hotels in the Catskills, followed by a prestigious role as Director of Restaurants & Room Service for the Hilton Corporation in Danbury, CT. Returning to her hometown of East Hampton in the late 1990’s, she dedicated herself to raising her children while countinuing to hone her culinary skills.
Throughout her career, Debbie has Cultivated long-standing collaborations, including with Bostwick’s Restaurant, where she launched her own catering company. She further solidified her expertise by partnering with dreesen’s catering and, most recently, leading the catering division at bostwick’s.
