At Bonfire, our gelato is made the traditional Italian way: slow-churned in small batches using high-quality ingredients from Italy. For instance, our pistacchio is sourced from Sicily.

We serve our gelato from carapina (stainless steel containers) held inside a pozzetti, a covered freezing system that protects the texture, temperature, and flavor of every scoop.

You won’t see rows of towering pans—because true gelato doesn’t need to show off. It just needs to be tasted.
